Our Institutional Goals 1) To provide a curriculum that develops students’ skills and abilities to compete in the Masonry field.
2) To provide support services to all students to maximize each student’s ability to successfully compete the Masonry Programs offered.
3) To encourage students to enhance their personal skills by learning the following life skills and values.
A. Act Professionally – In any profession it is necessary to maintain professionalism.
B. Value Learning- Students who value learning, maintain their acquired knowledge and skill, which enables them to adapt to the ever-changing work place.
C. Work Productively – VCI strives to teach the value of punctuality through teaching the ability to follow directions and work with a diverse population.
4) To design a program that will serve the needs of the community.
5) To provide qualified staff who has a direct interest in the success of every student.
6) To evaluate the curriculum, its implementation and outcomes on a regular basis to ensure that the School is working toward its goals and objective and conforming to its mission.
